ZERON 100 is a super duplex stainless steel alloy with excellent corrosion-resistant ability, having increased strength. It typically contains nickel of 7%, chromium of 25%, and molybdenum of 3.6%, besides other alloying elements like tungsten and copper. This alloy has a structure with an austenitic-ferritic composition ratio of 50-50. This alloy resists crevice corrosion, chloride pitting, and stress corrosion cracking.

Zeron 100 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Pipes have a density of 7.8 g/cm3. It has some of the highest corrosion resistance among stainless steels, with good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in aggressive conditions.
ZERON 100 is designed to meet the pitting corrosion-resistant equivalent with a minimum value of 40. Additions of alloy elements like nitrogen and ferritic structure provide high-yielding strength twice that of stainless steel of 300.
