SS 15-5PH is a precipitation-hardened martensitic stainless steel grade alloyed with nickel, copper, and chromium. This alloy is used in the aerospace industry for many joints and other highly pressurized components. The low-temperature setting of the alloy further adds to its strength and allows excellent formability.
